Alpha One: Known Issues
Bugs and issues that are still wandering in Alpha One
and yes, we're working on it 💪
UI
- The scrollbar can be seen in the text for the newsletter
- The "Report a Bug" popup can be seen overlapping with the level selection screen
- The secondary text of the car customizer does not update correctly
- The pre-level start UI can be seen on the screen throughout the level if you spam Space or A while being on the loading screen before the level starts
- The most meta of all bugs: the bug report tool does not work for some screens and the game keeps playing in the background if you’re editing the screenshot
- A player can see leaderboards for the first level of the first landmark even if you haven’t played the level yet
- Splashscreen can't be skipped with the controller's confirm button
- Respawn advice text can be seen even if you have respawned after certain steps
- In the car customizer, the secondary color defaults to Yellow if you select the main color first and Pattern style after

Gameplay & Level Design
- Shadow blob of the car can be seen moving in the overworld even if the car is not moving on a fresh boot
- FPS might drop if too many cop cars are spawned in the area
- The wheels go inside the car if the car goes through the boost pad and then goes airborne in the level Carbonisation
- ​​The car is stuck in mid-air if you spam the "Flip Car" button
- The last car shouldn't end the level when your car is still moving
- The car is slippery in the grass biome until you respawn again if you play a level in the snow biome and return to the grass biome. The opposite is also true. Just less slippery.Â
- The car jumps and then lands if you redirect it to the island from landmark 1 of the snow biome
- Cannot steer the car and it gets stuck onto the landmark "The Satellite" sometimes
- In Pulled Over, if you cross the red light from a certain angle, the cop car stays stuck on the grass. Sad for them, good for you, but we’re fixing that
- The car gets submerged halfway into the ground if it gets hit by a hammer in the level Hammer Time
- Car wheel marks can be seen in the snow if the car is traveling on a road above the ground
- The traffic light spins around in High Speed if the car collides with it
- The stopped parking sign bounces and shoots off in the air if it is spawned on a seesaw
- the floor doesn't get transparent if you go behind it, resulting in you not seeing your carÂ

Overworld
- Chickens are solid and sound like they die upon entering the overworld :(Â
- A block of terrain can be seen colliding with the waterfall on Mastery Island 3 in the grass biome
- The goalpost in the football field on Mastery Island 1 is a bit tilted
- The cannon animation keeps on looping even if the car has despawned from the area
- Chicken coop destruction doesn't reset on restart level. Like you’ve messed with it for good. May apply to the level Excessive Force. Please be nice to animals!
- The car spawns on Island 1 if redirected back from the car customizer even if the car is on some other island

Graphics
- The car, trail, and the extension takes some time to load if you spawn in the overworld sometimes
- The car jitters and lags for a second before it lands if you travel from one biome to another
- The black smoke trail can be seen in the portal if the car goes through it in the level Seesaw Sickness
- The camera can be seen moving towards the ground in the background resulting in a weird biome travel animation on pressing the "Report a Bug" button while traveling to another biome
- Grass can be seen on road in some levels

Audio
- Some Interactables & obstacles sounds are missing
- The music starts after a few seconds and does not fade in if you access the car customizer from the overworld pause menu
- The SFX for the car turns off if you respawn too many times at once
- The default button for Honk while playing with an Xbox controller is B
