Parking Guild Contest

The Parking Guild contest (the Contest) is run by Happy Volcano BV, having its business address at Sluisstraat 79, 3000 Leuven, Belgium, BTW BE0638.852.391 (Happy Volcano).

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, groups of 4 players (a Parking Guild) may submit screenshots of their Parking Guild’s car builds from You Suck at Parking™ (the Game) for a chance to win prizes.

1. The Contest will open at 15:00:00 CET on 1 March 2023 and will continue until 14:00:00 CET on 12 March 2023 (the Contest Period).
2. To be eligible to enter the Contest, you must: (i) be over 13 years old; (ii) be a participant in the Game’s Discord channel (link here); constitute a group of 4 players (iii); and (iv) agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
3. Happy Volcano will give away prizes to the top 3 Parking Guilds with the most creative Entry.
4. To enter the Contest, you must submit a screenshot or video of the Game showing your Parking Guild’s cars in the “screenshot” channel of the Game’s Discord (link here) along with a brief description (an Entry), within the Contest Period. The Entry may be modified by any means necessary by the players to fit the criteria.
5. Happy Volcano will review Entries and shall determine the winners, at its sole and absolute discretion.
6. Prizes are as follows:
   1. First place: €60 Amazon Gift Card (4x €15)
   2. Second place: €40 Amazon Gift Card (4x €10)
   3. Third place: €20 Amazon Gift Card (4x €5)
7. No cash alternative to any prize will be offered.  Happy Volcano shall not be responsible for the distribution or allocation of the prizes amongst the individuals in any winning Parking Guild.
8. Happy Volcano shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to provide the prizes to the winners within 72 hours of the expiry of the Contest Period. All prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery.
9. Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Contest in a manner, which in Happy Volcano’s sole discretion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants, may (i) be disqualified from the Contest and future competitions; (ii) banned from the Game’s Discord channel; and (iii) banned from the Game, each at Happy Volcano’s sole discretion.
10. On submission of an Entry, you grant Happy Volcano a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from or display the materials in the Entry in connection with any marketing or promotion of the Game. 
11. Subject to applicable law and regulation, Happy Volcano reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, replace or amend any part of the Contest including, without limitation, the length of the Contest Period and the prizes. In the event of any ambiguity in the rules of this Contest, Happy Volcano’s determination shall be final.
12. You may only participate in this Contest if you are permitted to under the local laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Happy Volcano reserves the right to reject any Entries if it becomes aware that such person’s participation is not permitted under such participant’s local law.
13. This Contest is governed by the laws of Belgium and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven.
